We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Currently, Laura Canada ships exclusively within Canada and to the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I return an online purchase to a physical store?
Yes, online purchases can be returned to any Laura or Melanie Lyne store location across Canada. Please bring your original invoice and the credit card used for the transaction to receive a refund.
